SIA now owns and operates 18 institutional grade self storage facilities across key growth markets including New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, South Australia and Western Australia.
SIA launched its own store management brand and platform, Roomia Self Storage, in 2023 , adding value to the funds/assets it manages and importantly bringing an unrivalled focus on customer care and service.
SIA currently operates 6 locations as Roomia Self Storage with an additional 2 planned for opening in 2024, across 5 states which is a part of a bold three year expansion plan that will see it target 40+ facilities across Australia.
An exciting achievement for Roomia is the implementation of the Nokē Smart Entry system at their Butler facility, introducing keyless entry systems to Perth for the first time – an initiative that underscores Roomia’s dedication to innovation and improving customer satisfaction by embracing cutting-edge solutions.
