Originally from a trade background he also holds a Bachelor of Business degree. Stephen is responsible for the strategic direction of the business and coordinating the high calibre, cohesive team of dedicated professionals who are the heart of Janus International Australia. He believes that as a market leader the Janus Group must progress its culture of continuous improvement and quality.

Dean Raspaskovski is an accomplished Operations Manager with over 19 years in the construction and self storage industry. Starting as a draftsman at Janus Group in 2006, his technical expertise and hands-on approach propelled him to Project Manager before advancing to his current role. With a strong background in design and construction, Dean excels in managing complex projects, leading multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring high-quality results. As Operations Manager, he holds the company’s Builders Licenses and is dedicated to driving operational efficiency while upholding the exceptional standards Janus Group is known for.

He has extensive knowledge in project documentation and building services co-ordination.
