Storage Choice Maroochydore

PROJECT SCOPE:

Our team designed upper-level storage over two existing single level structures containing back-to-back occupied 6m x 3m storage units, each along with a dividing driveway at Storage Choice Maroochydore. The upper structure was suspended on steel beams spanning over the existing storage buildings to create a Top Up.

All the existing drive-up units received an R3 treatment with new cladding mullion covers and roller doors, whilst maintaining access to the facility as a whole and minimal disruption to the tenants.
