STEPHEN BOXALL

Stephen joined the Janus Group in 2015, bringing with him over 25 years of commercial experience in the construction industry. Originally from a trade background he also holds a Bachelor of Business degree. Stephen is responsible for the strategic direction of the business and coordinating the high calibre, cohesive team of dedicated professionals who are the heart of Janus International Australia. He believes that as a market leader the Janus Group must progress its culture of continuous improvement and quality.

STUART ROBERTS

Stuart joined the Janus Group in 2021 as the General Manager of Finance. He brings a wealth of experience in executive finance roles having led teams across the UK, Australia and Asia. Partnering with operational leaders to deliver improved financial performance, achieve strategic outcomes and deliver growth both organically and through mergers and acquisitions.

SAMANTHA KIRBY

Samantha joined Janus in 2023 as the General Manager of Sales and Marketing. Starting her career as a solicitor, Samantha leverages more than a decade of experience within the construction and retail sectors to lead Janus’s business development initiatives as a leading full-service provider to the Australasian self storage market.

DEAN RASPASKOVSKI

Dean started his career with the Janus Group in 2005 as a Draftsman and has progressed to become a skilled and proficient Project Manager. His qualifications and experience as a Draftsman and a licensed Builder provides Dean with the ability to tackle projects both conceptually and practically, delivering a considered, quality result for clients.

Hayden joined the Janus Group in early 2021 and has 14 years of commercial construction industry experience. He has extensive knowledge of Commercial Shopfitting, Joinery and more recently Project Management. Hayden manages a portfolio of clients across Australasia and ensures all customers receive the highest quality service and products.

Ben is Head of the Smart Entry and Facility Automation division at Janus International Australia. He has been providing leading-edge technology tools to the Self Storage industry since 2006. Ben’s technical knowledge and commitment to his customers is unrivalled and ensures Janus International Australia always delivers exceptional smart entry and automation technology solutions that assist Self Storage operators increase the value of their facilities and improve operations.
